Here at Brick's we are dedicated to keeping things safe, comfortable and positive. Because the pandemic hit right as we began construction, we are one of Utah's first brand new restaurant spaces designed and built to accommodate COVID-19.
Indoor Accommodations
Bricks is equipped with UV sterilization throughout its new ventilation to kill 99.99% airborne viruses. We added an additional restroom, expanded the entryway and created a state of the art take out desk for fast and efficient take out orders. The dining room is open and spacious and configured in such a way to allow proper distancing from each party with plexiglass partitions and wide aisles.
Outdoor Accommodations
The patio is a work of art in its own regard. The fully enclosed outdoor space is insulated top to bottom with 100000 BTU radiant heaters with recorded temperatures in the mid 60's on days below 20 degrees. We created multiple exists and entry ways to allow a free flow of traffic so as to not create congested areas.
